Kahori Maki ilustradora japonesa, nacida 1969, estudió Bellas Artes en el Art Student League de Nueva York después de graduarse del departamento de la Universidad Nihon de arte en 1992.
Kahori es una profesional independiente desde su regreso a Japón en 1994, colaboró con varias marcas y empresas. Ha trabajado con Chanel y Levi's entre otras marcas y publicaciones como Harper's Bazaar, Vogue, Nylon, etc. Para realizar su trabajo se inspira en la naturaleza, los animales y la moda para crear así sus obras que cuentan con una mezcla de fantasía y realismo, elegancia y detalle.
