Sarah Joncas nació en Canadá en 1986. Su interés por las artes visuales se desarrolló a temprana edad, cuando dibujaba dinosaurios y lagartos. Actualmente está terminando su BFA en el Ontario College de Arte y Diseño, en Toronto. Sus creaciones inspiradas en figuras femeninas rodeadas de simbólicos detalles, cambian gradualmente desde el mundo de la animación, hacia un camino en las artes plásticas.
