Philippe Loubat nació en Montpellier en 1962 y en la actualidad vive en Languedoc-Rosellón, Francia. Desde 1980 se dedica a la pintura, con mucho talento y personalidad artística, es un pintor, autodidacta. Sus obras forman parte de varias colecciones privadas e institucionales, así como del Museo de Arte Contemporáneo MAC, en Bahía, Brasil.
Su trabajo es una fuente de emociones, una explosión de colores, alegría y felicidad.
Según él cada obra es un pedazo de alma...
