Julio Le Park artista cinético que nació en Argentina en 1928. Gracias a una beca del gobierno francés se radicó en París en 1958 e inicio una brillante carrera internacional que en 1967 le llevó a obtener el primer premio en la Bienal de Venecia. Es en los años 60 que Le Parc puede ser considerado dentro del conjunto llamado Op-art como del arte cinético, e incluso del arte conceptual aunque el intenta trascender tales movimientos y hacer principalmente, un "arte conceptual".
